  • Pay the one-time fee at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
  • Purchases are for lifetime access and do not renew or recur
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase; after that, handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases with 30 days advance notice

5. License & Usage

Upon purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Skills to third parties

API keys are issued for authenticated access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Any activity performed using your API keys is your responsibility. Compromised keys should be rotated immediately via your dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property

All Skills, documentation, code, designs, and other content provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Platter or its licensors. Your purchase grants a usage license but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Skills ceases immediately. Previously downloaded Skills may continue to be used in existing projects but may not be re-downloaded.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Skills will be error-free, compatible with all environments, or available without interruption. Use of Skills in production environments is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
