Platter ("we", "us", "the Service") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

  • Name and email address (via GitHub OAuth)
  • GitHub username and profile information
  • Account preferences and settings

Payment Information

Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Account data is retained while your account is active. API audit logs are retained for up to 90 days. Usage analytics are stored in aggregate form. Upon account deletion, your personal information is removed within 30 days, though some data may persist in backups for up to 90 additional days.

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions only. No third-party tracking cookies are used. We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with external services. Local storage may be used for user preferences (e.g., search filters).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed API keys, and secure authentication flows. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
